My view:

Apart from the GOI position on 'release of Dr Rajan for BRICS post', if Dr Rajan accepts that position, which, by any standard, is not higher than the one he holds now except perhaps from remuneration and mobility angle, will prove those who doubted that he had come to India on a short term arrangement for improving his CV, right.
