Political Parties : Surviving in the present

A History of Political Parties in India | Economic and Political Weekly https://www.epw.in/journal/ 2020/22/book-reviews/history- political-parties-india.html   We need to base reforms on past experiences and future needs. The one segment in India which never looked back or looked forward since the second half of the last century is political parties. They have been surviving and multiplying under the law of the jungle.

Importance of awareness and contemplation https://timesofindia. indiatimes.com/blogs/toi-edit- page/importance-of-awareness- and-contemplation/   Geethika Jain explains in simple but forceful language how to adjust to the present realities without scaring you by presenting an imagery of the real world around. Speaking Tree generally ensures that each capsule it packages is dipped in positivism. B. Autocorrect https://www.wired.com/2014/07/ history-of-autocorrect/   Apologies. In my mail yesterday, Vathsala Jayaraman's name was misspelt. The culprit : Autocorrect.  'm' got autocorrected as 'j' My friend Balu pointed out my mistake within seconds. I said in the next mail we will discuss autocorrect. Promise is, promise. This link is in that context. Only one letter m was replaced by j. And,

A lack of knowledge to seek information one needs, lack of ability to understand and assimilate, even if the information is available within reach and lack of ability to apply that understanding into personal growth and development.  Whe

Message, 30052020 : Life, a sacrifice

Prayer : Ashtaakshara Manthram* https://youtu.be/ZjF1i6C1GiA As we have seen earlier, a "manthra" can be short like "aum" or long as in this case ( 8 letters). Needless to say, it's always advantageous to accept one's "manthra" from a knowledgeable person (teacher, Guru, father, mother...) whom one trusts. "Manthra" should bring positive, soothing and meaningful thoughts/images when one repeats it. Open the link https://www.speakingtree.in/blog/magic-of-music-and-mantras to know my views on the impact of mantras. You may enjoy my experiment in a real life situation (1990's). *Link received as a forward from Shetty, Ex-RBI staying at Dreams where we are staying. Good Morning I'm getting encouraging feedback to my daily consolidated messages.  Some of you are giving me a gentle reminder "Good Morning" when my message gets delayed. Mail, 29052020 : Winning and Loosing

Good Morning M G Warrier Watch "Powerful lecture of Swami Sarvapriyananda at UN"  https://youtu.be/1c15A_S2xq4   Mail, 29052020 : Winning and loosing A. Watch "Kaaliya Mardhanam" from Narayaneeyam/P Leela  There's a beautiful poem "Kaliyamarddanam"* in Malayalam by Sugathakumari. Did Kaliya win or loose? Was he surrendering, or being defeated by the almighty to send out a message that accumulated wealth (poison) will not ensure one's survival ? You decide. I feel, there is a grace in Kaliya's belated acceptance of the reality when he allows Krishna to hold his tail and dance on his head, when his entire family is making a plea to save him from death penalty. The symbols and narratives in Indian Mythology are rich. They are not being accessed/exploited by modern writers, to the extent they are amenable. No wonder, modern literature and books are also entering the "use and throw" category. M G Warrier M 134 *Watch "Kaliyamardanam |
