Like entering a wrong shop. This article about "Rita, Milan", I stumbled upon like that. First I thought Rita and Milan are young and eligible friends or characters in a story. You don't need an AI-supported App to allow your thoughts to wander. After Narada (read gossips if you are uncomfortable with Mythology), thought travels fastest. The other day, one of my readers said, "Nothing else, Warrier can move on to Spirituality and Mythology for a diversion." He's right. But by daily exercise like this will scare away the "Nothing else" situation for some more time. After reading half the article only I got some idea about the subject. Frankly, I'm not familiar with the vocabulary here. But, after reading the full article, I find it interesting and wonder why the writer remains anonymous. May be, like me, s/he is yet to visit Rita, Milan! Jokes aside, in so few words, several aspects of culinary art and the marketability of the products available at Rita are marvellously brought out. You don't have to go there to know that you will love the ambience, service and taste of food served to protect you from the harms of excessive drinking, which can be tempting*. *Remembered "Aana Kannan" who owned a small eatery in Taliparamba (a small town in Kannur) where only rice and fish were served. When some of us went there for lunch during 1970's and I said "Give only veg items" Kannan kept a beautiful piece of fried fish on my banana leaf and said : "Those who don't eat fish won't come here" There was one veg curry. I ate rice with the veg curry and swallowed small pieces from the fish fry, fried and served in love. Kannan had a broad smile. M G Warrier
