Make the most of your life
Good Morning
I was feeling lazy today.
I gave a subject and asked Google Aunty to write something on the subject. Suggested using Reader's Digest. Here it is :

Make the most of your life
Making the most of your life, based on classic wisdom from Reader's Digest, centers on simple daily habits : practicing gratitude, setting clear goals, and nurturing close relationships.
Core Life Lessons
Be Grateful : Appreciate small daily blessings to boost your mood and health.
Set Goals : Create simple plans to give your days clear purpose and direction.
Help Others : Connect with people around you by performing acts of kindness.
Live Now : Focus on the present moment instead of worrying over the past or future.
Healthy Daily Habits
Stay Active : Move your body every day, even if it is just a short walk.
Rest Well : Get enough sleep and turn off screens early to relax.
Stay Close to Family : Spend dedicated time with the people you love.

A WhatsApp forward :
An Economics Professor once told his friends :
"In the College where I work, not a single student had ever failed until recently, but this time, I had to fail an entire class!"
Everyone was surprised and asked, "How did that happen ?"
The Professor explained :
"The students in that class came to me with a request. They said — ‘Sir, instead of giving some students top ranks and others low ranks, please give everyone the same rank.’ I agreed."
"I told them — I'll take the total marks of the Class, calculate the average, and give the same grade to everyone."
In the first semester, everyone got an average grade of “B.”
In the second semester, everyone got a “D.”
By the third semester, everyone got an “F.”
In the final exams, the entire class failed !
The students were shocked.
Those who used to study hard thought — “Why should we study for others ?” and stopped putting in effort.
Those who never studied thought — “Anyway, the bright students will study and we'll get the same grade, so why bother?” and they stopped studying altogether.
From this experiment, four lessons became clear:
No law can make a poor man rich, but the same law can surely make a rich man poor.
If someone is getting something for free,
it means someone else is working hard to provide that “free” thing.
Whenever the Government gives something for free,
it must have taken that effort or money from someone else.
If wealth is only distributed and never created,
prosperity will vanish — even mountains will melt if we just sit and consume.
When half the people start thinking, “Why should we work hard when we get everything for free ?”,
and the other half, who are actually working, start wondering, “Why should we work so hard just to feed others who don't ?",
that is when the seeds of a nation's downfall are sown.
