My VIEW:

Fifty per cent of India is kept in dark, literally in terms of electricity provided and fifty percent kept illiterate. also fifty per cent are kept hungry. These three categories are not mutually exclusive, though!

Unless the enlightened Indians inside the country and abroad make conscious efforts to change this situation, we can continue to blame, politicians, corruption and external interference for the state of affairs.
