Welcome To Warrier's COLLAGE On Tuesday, December 31, 2024 : Happy New Year 2025 Good Morning Collage has not been regular, of late, even as a weekly edition. For personal reasons! 🙏 Happy New Year to all and Happy Birthday to all readers having Birthday this week 🎊 M G Warrier A Welcome 2025 New Year gives you a once in a year opportunity to take stock, prepare and move forward. Collage Editorial, December 31, 2024 Social Responsibility India has accepted universal social security as a responsibility of government and interwoven all its ingredients in the Constitution. As it seemed a distant goal, the enabling provisions were included in Directive Principles and most of them are not legally enforceable. This position resulted in food security, health insurance and pension system becoming dependent on the magnanimity of the central and state governments of the day. As of now there is total awareness about the need to factor in the elements of all ingredients of social security in the real wages across sectors. The present arrangements need to be institutionalised by reorganizing and overhauling the food production, procurement and supply systems including ration, PF and Pension Systems and old age care. Let's focus on these priorities in the coming year. M G WARRIER B Cover Story When People Leave : S Thyagarajan, Ex-RBI, Chennai "When people leave you, let them go. Your destiny is never tied to anyone who leaves you, and it doesn't mean they're bad people. It just means their role in your story is over." " These words remind us of a truth that we often forget - that not everyone who comes into our lives is meant to stay forever. Continued at D C Quotable Quote : All endings are also beginnings. We, (at times), don't know it at the time. -Mitch Albom* * Mitchell David Albom (born May 23, 1958) is an American author, journalist, and musician. As of 2021, he has sold 40 million books worldwide. D Continued from B : When People Leave People come into our lives for different reasons, to teach us lessons, to share experiences or walking with us through certain seasons. But when they leave, it's important to recognize that their part in our journey has been fulfilled, and our paths must now diverge. Holding on to those who are meant to leave only delays your growth and prevents you from moving into the fullness of your own destiny. It's not about rejecting or blaming the person who leaves, but rather understanding that your story continues beyond the chapter Sometimes their exit gives way to new opportunities, deeper connections, and the discovery of new aspects of yourself. Letting go isn't always easy, but it's essential to moving on to the next stage of your life. This does not diminish the importance of the relationship you once shared. Every encounter has value, shaping who you are and helping you grow. But when someone leaves, it's a sign that your journey is no longer lining up. Their departure doesn't make them a villain in your life story, just someone whose role has come to a natural end. When you release the weight of the departed, you create space for the people meant to stay and enrich your life in meaningful ways. Giving up is not an act of giving up; it's an act of acceptance - embracing the flow of life, understanding that not everyone is meant to accompany you to every destination. Remember, your destiny is yours. No one can take it from you, and no one else can walk the path that has been laid out for you. So when someone leaves, trust that it is for your highest good. They were part of your story, but now the rest is for you to write, and it holds even greater promise. S Thyagarajan Note : Beautiful thoughts on decluttering life. Thank you 🙏 Thyagarajan.
