Warrier's Collage March 3, 2022

Welcome To Warrier's COLLAGE On Thursday, March 3, 2022 A Helpless United Nations... https://youtu.be/T1-LvQ9TVpw Good Morning Nice Day M G Warrier A Responses 1) Quote received from V Rangarajan Enjoy and love every moment of your life. Don't save it. There is no system to get a refund on unused life. Good Morning. 2) P R Srinivasan Chennai I was very happy to read your letter in The Hindu 1st March, 2022 about the present difficulties of the students studying in Ukraine and the excellent suggestions you have offered to mitigate their sufferings. Let us hope for the best and pray to God for their better future. P R Srinivasan (PRS) Chennai (Thanks. If we keep talking, some day, someone may act. Let's hope for the best 🙏-Warrier) 3) Jyothilakshmi Anil Kumar I saw this video now. Commendable efforts by our PM and Sri Sri Ravishankar ji and his Art of Living team to safeguard ppl of war torn region. Kind gestures like these from the world community will be of great help to the traumatized people of Ukraine, in building hope and reassurance in these testing times. God bless the volunteers who are out there and providing help. Great support. May humanity always be alive like this. Praying for world peace. Also hoping that the talks between Russia and Ukraine work out and truce is achieved. The war must end soon. *** While i wrote this, my daughter Anooja* says that there are several other war torn countries like Syria and Afganistan, who are getting less media coverage and help from the world peace loving countries and organisations. Their conditions are even worse. They are struggling with the ill-effects of the war from a long time. The western mindset is racist and xenophobic to some extent. Not dismissing what's happening in Ukraine, but my heart goes out to such countries also, who deserve some serious attention on humanitarian grounds. (*Anooja is 100 percent right. Even the animals which survive only on meat, kill mostly animals from other species, that too on a need-based basis, when hungry. Humans kill their own species for no reason. I've faith in Anooja's generation. Best Wishes 🙏) 4) A P Ramadurai Indian students in Ukraine Yours is a humanitarian and very ambitious thinking. Who and how would anyone initiate the process of relocating these students?. Their parents/guardians would already have spent much money. GOI and corporate bodies may come forward with concrete proposals such as serving in rural areas for some time etc. It is no secret that the medical degrees offered by China, Russia, Ukraine etc have limited recognition. Even MBBS graduates from India, when they land in the U S have to pass stiff exams before being allowed to practise. Why then the craze for worthless Medical degrees abroad? (Market forces work. Unusual situations have to be handled with unprecedented approaches. Every time success is not assured. But no harm in making suggestions and efforts 🙏-Warrier) B RBI Kehta hai https://rbikehtahai.rbi.org.in/ There cannot be a better custodian of customer rights than a well-informed customer! This headline read with the soothing observation that "Excerpts brush off the possibility of a fourth wave in the country" should be comforting to one and all. If the situation was not what it is today, perhaps, Sensex would have seen a bull-run! The sigh of relief should be simultaneously accompanied with a word of caution to continue some of the habits which have become part of our life. These relate to health and hygiene. The closed doors, masked, work from home culture has made our position comparable to indoor garden plants. We need to be slow in removing protective mechanisms while moving out, till our immunity system gets adjusted to the new environment. Needless to say, Covid is not the only virus that is dangerous. M G Warrier Thiruvananthapuram 2) Brace for higher fuel prices* Brace for higher fuel prices Apropos 'Govt hikes prices of commercial LPG cylinder' (March 2), the latest hike in LPG prices , did not come as any surprise since there has been a substantial rise in global Brent Crude price during the previous month. It is around $106 per barrel and a further rise can't be ruled out, in the wake of ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict However, the domestic LPG consumers should not consider themselves to be 'lucky' as they may face higher prices after the results of the five poll bound States are declared on March 10. The government usually 'holds' the prices of both the auto fuels and the LPG when elections take place to keep the electorate happy. But, it may now use the Russia-Ukraine crisis to hike prices. It's so true and beautifully written : A woman climbed up the bus and sat down beside a man, hitting him with her numerous bags. When the man remained silent, the woman asked him why he did not complain when she hit him with her bags? The man replied with a Smile: "There is no need to be upset about something so insignificant, as our journey together is so short, because I'm getting off at the next stop " This answer disturbed the woman so much, she asked the man to excuse her and thought the words need to be written in gold Each of us must understand that our time in this world is so short, that darkening it with useless arguments, jealousy, not forgiving others, discontentment and bad attitudes are a ridiculous waste of time and energy. Did someone break your heart? Stay calm. The trip is too short Did someone betray you, intimidate, cheat or humiliate you? Relax - Don't Be Stressed The trip is too short. Did someone insult you without reason? Stay calm. Ignore it. The trip is too short. Did someone make a comment that you didn't like? Stay calm. Ignore. Forgive, keep them in your prayers & love them still for no reason. The trip is too short. Whatever the problems some bring to us, it is a problem only if we think of it, remember that our journey together is too short. No one knows the length of our trip. No one has seen tomorrow. Nobody knows when it will arrive at its stop. Our trip together is too short. Let us appreciate friends and family. Keep them in good humor. Respect them. Let us be respectful, kind, loving & forgiving. Because we will be filled with gratitude and joy, after all Our trip together is very short. Share your smiles with everyone....choose your path to be as beautiful as you wish it to be... *Forward received from Dr T V Surendran Mananthavady F Ukraine update https://indianexpress.com/article/world/ukraine-russia-war-putin-zelenskyy-kyiv-invasion-indian-evacuation-live-updates-7796793/
