Excellent analysis. The article brings out clearly that there has been laxity in law enforcement and lapses on the part of several agencies including banks. Perhaps at this late stage also the regulators, enforcement agencies and government should act   jointly to ensure that law of the land is uniformly applied for the rich and super-rich! For this they should not wait for an apex court ruling.

They had to seek refuge in the hermitage of sage Saraba.The sage was a true devotee of Lord Shiva.He used to pray Shiva with melodious songs.
